MLS Participant Application
Below is a road map to help you through the process if you wish to apply for NIRA MLS services for your company.
NOTE: REALTOR® Membership is required. If not a REALTOR® member of NIRA , a Letter of Good Standing from the primary REALTOR® association is required to be submitted with the application.
- The Managing Broker for the company (brokerage or appraisal office) must complete the:
- MLS Participant Application and the MLS Rules and Regulations Course Acknowledgement Form
- Note: Click HERE for the current Fee Schedule
- Course Deadline will be provided by NIRA staff after document submission
- Class schedule will be reviewed and registration will be completed during the application process.
- Sentrilock Bluetooth Lockbox Sub-Lease Agreement (Company Agreement)
- SentriSmart (Sentrilock) Sub-Lease Agreement (User Agreement)
- MLS Participant Application and the MLS Rules and Regulations Course Acknowledgement Form
- Completed documents are to be submitted to MEMBERSHIP@nira.realtor
- Application processing may take up to 72 hours to complete.
- A welcome email and a separate Sentrilock activation email will be sent after the application is proccessed and payment is received.
Terminations and Transfers
- When an agent is terminated from your office/transfers to your office, please notify MEMBERSHIP@nira.realtor after the change is reflected on the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency (IPLA) website
- Please contact MEMBERSHIP@nira.realtor if a Licensee transferring to your office is holds REALTOR® membership and/or MLS services elsewhere.
