REALTOR® Code of Ethics

The Code ensures that consumers are served by requiring REALTORS® to cooperate with each other in furthering clients’ best interests. All REALTOR® members are required to complete an approved NAR Code of Ethics course every three years.

NIRA Code of Ethics Training

NIRA offers a four hour Code of Ethics course on a regular basis. (Approved for 4 CE Broker credits)

NAR provides free Code of Ethics training courses for new members and existing members, as well as a paid CE option. All three courses, as well as NAR’s C2EX endorsement, fulfill NAR’s Code of Ethics training requirement.
